Order Processing Time

Please note we require 3–5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your region. Please also consider public holidays that may affect shipping.

Our Shipping Philosophy

At NOMAYA Studio, we celebrate discovery and global creativity. We work with small vendors and artisans from Tibet and Mongolia. As a result, delivery times may vary. All shipping timelines are guidelines only exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders& Backorders

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items,
we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in
stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on
the way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email
and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow
3–5 business days] for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the
email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping
address is accurate at checkout. Our team works quickly, so there's a small
window to fix any mistakes. Please reach out to us ASAP if you believe you’ve
entered an incorrect address.
